Details

Club Meets take place at The Snow Centre Manchester on Sundays at 12‑2.00pm for Telemark skiing on the Main slope. Check the Events page for the latest dates.

These generally occur every 2 or 3 weeks and cost £28.00 for a member’s discounted^* 2 hour lift pass (or use your weekly or monthly pass). Pre‑booking online (see below) with The Snow Centre Manchester is strongly recommended to avoid queues at Guest Services. Lift passes may be printed & collected at the 8 new Fast Track ticketing stations.

Snowsport England and BASI Telemark coaches will be available on the booked dates for coaching and support on the main slope.

Introduction to Telemark sessions are also run ‐ please email telemark@mccsc.org.uk before coming. Participants must have Alpine ski experience and be able to make turns and control speed from the top of the main slope.

HIRE EQUIPMENT is inclusive of entry cost at The Snow Centre Manchester.
The range of Telemark rental is limited, so we are unable to guarantee having the correct size. Please bring your own Telemark kit if you have it.

There are a few New Telemark Norm Scarpa boots and Head Rev 78 skis fitted with Rottefella NTN releasable, semi step-in bindings. There are also a few older Telemark Norm 75mm Crispi boots and Salomon skis, fitted with 7TM bindings.

Allow 15-30 minutes for fitting.

Catch up afterwards with friends over a drink or a meal in the brand new "The Lodge" situated upstairs at The Snow Centre Manchester. There are 2 connected rooms, with tables and 3 sofa areas. Look for the sign on the table.
